About Us

Honest HVAC Service, Since 2012

A San Antonio HVAC company built on technical credibility and low-pressure service.

Clean Air Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in February 2012 with a straightforward idea: San Antonio homeowners deserve HVAC service that is technically thorough, honestly communicated, and free from the commission-driven pressure that characterizes much of the industry.

We are a licensed HVAC contractor (License No. TACLB27801E) serving residential customers in San Antonio and the surrounding communities. Our technicians are certified, insured, and trained by the manufacturers whose equipment we install and service.

We install, service, and repair equipment from a wide range of manufacturers — including Carrier, Daikin, Bosch Geothermal, GeoStar Geothermal, Mitsubishi, Trane, and Lennox — and we approach every job with the same standard: assess thoroughly, explain clearly, and do the work right.

Our Approach

Every appointment begins with a thorough evaluation — not just the equipment, but the ductwork, electrical conditions, and the home's overall comfort picture. We give customers the information they need to make a good decision, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or simply a maintenance adjustment.

No Commission Sales

Our technicians are not paid on commission. That means their recommendations are based on what your system actually needs, not on what generates the largest sale. It keeps the focus on straightforward recommendations and the right solution for your home.

Quality Installation

We prioritize doing the job right over rushing to the next call. A properly installed system performs better, lasts longer, and costs less to operate. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every installation.

Whole-Home Comfort

HVAC comfort is rarely just about the equipment. We look at the full system.

Equipment Condition

We assess the age, condition, and performance of your existing heating and cooling equipment before making any recommendations.

Ductwork & Distribution

Leaky or poorly designed ductwork can undermine even the best equipment. We evaluate duct condition and sealing as part of our diagnostic process.

Electrical Conditions

Proper electrical supply is essential for safe, efficient HVAC operation. We check electrical conditions as part of a thorough system evaluation.

Indoor Air Quality

Beyond temperature, we consider filtration, humidity, and ventilation — factors that directly affect the health and comfort of your home environment.
